Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, we do not offer a return policy at this time. All Sales are final due to the nature of our products, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to discuss your options. Exceptions made be made on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the defect or damage.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  Please contact us at info@kyukchic.com with questions. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kyukchic.com and send your item to: 807 Torrance Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90277, United States.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
